In search of W+K Delhi.
Finding the temporary office was a mission. We walked around in the heat for a while, trying to avoid treacherously deep sidewalk holes and dangerously low-hanging power lines. It took a us a while, but after asking a few people for directions we finally found its secret location.

Dangerously low-hanging power lines.

"woman power in action"
Tuesday, 10 March 2009
The first impression.
Imagine a river of cars and motorcycles. Here a tuk-tuk, there a tuk-tuk, everywhere a tuk-tuk. Buses flow by constantly. And every bus is packed. And honking. Everybody is fucking honking. Then the dust. The dust is everywhere. People are on the side of the street fixing things, selling things, making things. Animals cross the street in the middle of rush hour traffic. Sometimes it's a herd of goats. Sometimes it's cow or two. Sometimes it's a big beautiful elephant. This place is alive. So incredibly alive. Before we got here, people told us to expect chaos and mayhem - but it's so much more. It's a massive avalanche for the senses. And I have a feeling we're really going to like it here.
